92 dsm ecu problem

i have a 92 eagle talon tsi . im runnig a redline fuel managment ecu piggbacking off the stock ecu(md166263). i just got done building the car( recently purchased) and tore down the ecu. noticed that the ecu has a leaking capacitor. i come from the 3s background but never had this happen to me. whats the best solution repair or replace? reply would be much appreciated.

Summary:

High maintenance car, fun summer ride, but don't fall in love with it though


Faults:

Generally, I think this car was a mediocre investment. It is my first car, and I bought it without any problems.

As of right now, the front struts look like they may need to be replaced, and that may be 400-600.

I spent 500 on the alternator, 500 on CV joints, and 500 on ABS. Besides that, she runs OK, except over pot holes.
