need to find or purchase a ECU Model 166262

Hi,

Can anyone tell me a good place to purchase an ECU Model 166262 for a 91 Eagle Talon TSI AWD.  I believe it has gone bad since the Engine light is on and the car sounds really rough, when operating.  The engine spurts and seem like its has no power.  The RPM has dropped to an idle of approx 300-500 RPMs.  When the gas pedal is pressed it will go up to about 1500 and that about it.

I am thinking its the ECU as it has been once replace before and I'm thinking it bad once again.

Any Help would be appreciated.
