the car sputters a little bit when i come to a stop ,red light,etc....... can anybody help me with any advice on how to fix it some say a tune up will help others say check the idle air control valve ,, i dont know wich one can any one help me ..thanks

This is one of those times that you need a service manual and a DMM, and a few spare hours. Test every sensor and device used by the computer to manage engine performance. Have fun.

If you have not done any of the service that is recommended, then you need to check your owner's manual and have all the recommended service done. Sounds like a tune up with filter changes are in order.

Sounds like ignition,I would start with the basics,like spark-plugs,and spark-plug wires and distributor cap(if any)
