Can someone help me know what resister to get?

I have a 90 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2.0 Turbo. ECU # MD166260. I'm trying to find out what size resister is in spot R118. If anyone can help me find out this information or can point me in the right direction to find out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
