IF YOUR FINANCING YOUR CAR AND THEY COME TO REPO ITWHEN THEY TAKE THE CAR DO YOU HAVE TO STILL PAY THE WHOLE LOAN BACK?

Most companies will charge you a default fee on-top of what their back owed and void contract from the time car is reposed by them.

the finance company will auction the vehicle. if they don't recover the rest of your loan, they pursue you for the remainder

The lender will have the vehicle sent to an auction. You will be held liable for the difference between your payoff balance and the selling price from the auction. For example if they repo a car that has a $12,000 balance and they sell it at an auction for only $7,500, you will be held liable for the $4,500. I hope this helps.
