The best thing to do would be to call up Allstate and explain the situation to them and see what they could do for you.

I'd contact the insurance company for a refund.... hopefully they can help you...

To the prior posters, dealerships make a pre-liminary approval with a finance company. They send the application and contract to the finance company so that they can be paid for the car. If the finance company cannot make final approval on the loan, they deny payment. I'm sure the dealer did all they could to get paid... something must have gone wrong with the approval which fell through.

Before returning the car, I would get the car dealer to agree to refund you the insurance you already paid.  It's not your fault they messed up the financing and you should not be penalized.

They owe you 2 months of premiums you paid Allstate.  I doubt very much you will get a refund from Allstate though it may be worth a call to see.

Good luck.

To the prior posters, dealerships neaten a pre-liminary approval with a economics visitant. They channelise the use and diminish to the business visitor so that they can be freelance for the car. If the direction visitor cannot sort ultimate approving on the word, they hold defrayal. I'm sure the dealer did all they could to get mercenary... something moldiness individual gone improper with the commendation which fell finished.
