Parts needed for a 2001 Mazda Tribute V6?

What parts are needed in order to do a tune up on a 2001 Mazda Tribute V6? About how long should it take? I want to make sure i am not taken advantage of by the repair shops.

If the Mazda has 40 or 50 thousand miles on it then spark plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, spark plug wires, fuel filter, etc. are likely to be replaced.  Go to http://www.rockauto.com to see what the wholesale price of those auto parts is in advance.
