You can put on the exhaust system but you may see limited to no benefit from it, and may even lose a small amount of HP and torque.

An exhaust system for a turbo vehicle requires very little backpressure as the turbo creates that by its presence to the exhaust stream.

The opposite is required for a normally-aspirated engine. NA exhausts systems must be properly tuned to exhaust flow and pulses to allow for the best HP and torque at certain RPM ranges.

There is nothing wrong with trying the system first, though.   You may get a small HP increase. You may also get a small gas mileage increase as with your intake your motor is  more efficiently breathing.

A full exhaust designed to match up with a turbo will not match up with Your non-turbo setup. The downpipe is the furthest upstream part on the turbo exhaust and is designed to mate with turbo and wastgate and will not fit your exhaust manifold. You still may be able to use the catback or axleback parts of the exhaust system (the items shown in the greddy photo) but you cannot use the full exhaust untill your install the rest of the turbo kit. Hope this helps.
