explorers do that, they are bad on fuel. check the tire pressure, it makes a big difference when trying to get every mile out of the gas. the type of tires also would affect the mileage.  im not sure about the voltage to the o2, i think if it was bad your engine light would come on. another thing you could try is changing the oil with royal purple, i got an extra 100k (70miles) after i did.

Your O2 sensor should give a reading of below .200v to over .800v because it should fluctuate from lean to rich then rich to lean. You could also have a pinched return line to the fuel tank so I would replace the O2 sensor and check my return line. A couple of other things could be happening also, you could have an exhaust leak upstream from the O2 sensor allowing outside air to enter the exhaust between exhaust pulses so the O2 senses a lean condition and the computer adds extra fuel to richen it up. The other thing is if you top your fuel tank off up to the top of the neck then you can actually cause raw fuel to enter the carbon canister and instead of vapor being drawn you will get the fuel which will make you use more fuel. I might would replace my evap canister if I knew that I always topped off this way and check for a exhaust leak upstream from the O2 sensor. Good Luck!

but you have got more power yeah!

did you test o2 sensors cold or hot?

check air intake for engine can suck enough air to mixture it.

watch exhaust for smoke color and smell.
