I've got a "spark" so the timing is installed properly. Battery is ok.    My manuel says in the event of an accident the "fuel relay switch" will stop the flow of gasoline to the engine.  The manual says I can find "that" in one of 3 places......."The switch is located on the toe-board to the right of the transmission hump, on the kick panel to the right of the passenger seat, or in the engine compartment."  What's a toe board?  Where in the engine compartment?  Near the fire wall, battery, ?????...I need specifics !!   HELP !!!

The toe board is a plastic trim panel. if yours doesn't snap out, it probably isn't there The switch has a push button on it that resets it. If it is under the hood, look for a pushbutton ont the firewall  ot fender

there is two clip,s on the in side of the cat box, if you are setting in the driver seat look down to your right foot at the gas pedal you will see a clip just about ankle high one on each side pull up on both of them now lift the lid off and lay it back in the van.now look up on top of the motor where the throttle valve is or the carburetor is which ever you have . you should see the gas cut off switch  just flip it back on.
