I already tuned it up changed the oil and checked the tires.

cold air intake,Exaust like take out the cat's and put in a bigger single with 3 inch outlet. get a programmer.

Sell the F-150 and buy a Civic.

You're not going to get great gas mileage no matter what you do. And a Cold Air Intake and exhaust is just as likely to ruin your fuel efficiency.

don't screw with anything under the hood its now a Federal offense to tamper with and motor today after MFG date 1973. ford made sure it gets the best millage there are engineers you are not ! trust me you will spend your money on crap and you could have put it in gas and you will always lose do anything other than regular scheduled maintains your a fool

Amazing how many people put stupied answers isn't it. The best thing you can do is watch your driving habits. Easy take offs Stay away from as much stop and go traffic you can.
