02 Ford focus with an emission problem,fumes in car will kill you!!!?

I have  a 02 ford focus with bad fumes in the car.Check the codes and it said eratic missfire all cylinders.Done basic tune up,plugs,wires etc..still have the same problem.

It could be your injectors are clogged, computer is not working correctly, make sure spark plugs are gapped correctly, or something wrong with electronic ignition.
