Which engine is better for tuning up and wat is the maximum hp i can push out of each?see details for more inf

I have 1999 honda accord, i have found out that i can place either a J32A engine(acura TL V6 engine) or i can place a JDM F20B(V4, type R) now I want to place the engine that i can tune up more. I am trying to have my accord reach at least 300 Horsepower...i really want to get at least 400 horsepower but lets be realistic here. So i need to know does anyone know which one would be possible to do so for or is it just an impossible task?SO which engine should i pick people... the J32A gives 225HP @ 6300 RPM while the F20B gives 200 @ 6800 RPM. I Know the J32A is faster but thats not what i am concerned about. i am concerned about which engine has better parts and which engine will get closer to my goal, remember i want to get at least 300 HP...i actually want 400HP but will settle for 300HP

Since you are going to have to modify quite heavily to reach your goals I would go with the F20B because the aftermarket support is way better.  But if you are willing to pay the price for a lot of custom work then a V6 will make a lot more torque.

f20b has way more options
